DESCRIPTION:The Williamson County Republican  Party (WCRP) announced a deb
 ate for the Republican candidates running  to replace former U.S. Represe
 ntative Mark Green in the Seventh Congressional  District.\n\nAll 11 cand
 idates vying for this seat are invited to present their respective  platf
 orms and answer questions to help voters learn more about each candidate 
  before the October 7th special primary election.\n\n“Our Founders entr
 usted us\, the citizens of this great nation\, with the  responsibility o
 f choosing who wields the levers of government. This debate is an  opport
 unity for citizens to gain knowledge to make an informed decision\, and to
   let candidates know that citizens are engaged in their own governance.\
 n\n“The Williamson County Republican Party is proud to provide this plat
 form\, so  that voters may better understand those to whom they shall ent
 rust their political  power\,” said Party Chairman Steve Hickey of the 
 event’s importance.\n\nThe debate will occur Monday\, September 15th\, 2
 025\, 7:00 p.m.\, at the Franklin  Community of Faith Church of the Nazar
 ene\, 506 Jordan Rd\, Franklin.\n\nFree and  open to the public\, doors w
 ill open at 6:15 p.m.\n\nServing as debate moderator is Brian Wilson\, fo
 rmer Fox News anchor reporter and 99.7 WWTN talk show host.\n\nThe debate 
 will be livestreamed on the WCRP Facebook page and archived on  the WCRP 
 YouTube channel.
