Election Law Under Microscope As Legal Battles Continue
Legal battles are still being waged in several states over alleged election irregularities and fraud, and incorrectly executed federal and state procedures. However, an obscure rule, called the “Safe Harbor Date” may compel states to certify Election Results and for Congress to accept them, thereby, declaring a Presidential winner officially. Safe Harbor Date is today, December 8th.
