Harriman City Councilman Brian Frost and his son, Bradley Frost, a local firefighter, have been indicted by a grand jury in connection to a fatal shooting that happened a couple months ago during a party at the Mr. Clean Detail Shop owned by the Frosts.

Both Brian and Bradley have since resigned from their community positions according to a Wednesday announcement from the City of Harriman.

They were arrested on Tuesday, October 7th. Brian’s bond was set at $10,000 and Bradley’s was set at $5,000.

The party in question that resulted in the lethal shooting of 18-year-old Holden Howse, took place on Saturday, August 30th

The attorney general’s office says that the party involved underage teenagers with access to marijuana vape pens, alcohol and firearms.

Brian allegedly tried to coerce Harriman Police Chief Baron Tapp and was indicted on several charges of coercing a witness, tampering with evidence, and one charge of official misconduct.

Bradley was indicted on 14 counts of furnishing alcohol to minors, four counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, as well as one count of possession of a firearm while under the influence.

Tony Williams, a friend of the 17-year-old shooting suspect Riley Pawlick, was indicted on a single count of accessory-after-the-fact for allegedly playing “getaway driver” for Pawlick according to Judicial District Attorney General Russell Johnson.

Williams’ bond was set at $2,000.

Pawlick has been charged with second-degree murder, aggravated assault and destruction of evidence.
