Mark Pulliam, A Blount County Resident Whose August 2022 Write-In Election To The Tennessee Republican Party State Executive Committee, District 2, Was Nullified By The SEC Despite Being Certified By The Tennessee Secretary Of State, Has Declared His Candidacy For Chair Of The Blount County Republican Party At Its Reorganization Meeting Scheduled For April 4, 2023 At The Louisville Town Hall.
Conservative East Tennessean Mark Pulliam Filed As A Write-In Yesterday For The District 2 Tennessee Republican Party’s State Executive Committee (SEC) And His Name Will Appear On The Ballot On August 4th, 2022.
Following The Decision By The SEC To Nullify His Election Results, Mark Pulliam Reached Out To Tennessee Secretary Of State, Tre Hargett And Elections Coordinator, Mark Goins For Their Immediate Consideration And Action On The Issue. However, Goins Replied That He Nor The Secretary Of State Will Intervene, Calling The Matter An Internal, Intra-Party Dispute.
