The Tennessee Conservative Staff –

A bill that would authorize local school boards and governing bodies of charter schools to showcase several different foundational documents is headed to the Education Administration Subcommittee next week for consideration.

House Bill 0047 (HB0047), sponsored by State Representative Michael Hale (R-Smithville-District 40), would amend current state law and encourage schools to place these documents on display. Documents such as the Ten Commandments, the Declaration of Independence, the United States Constitution, the Constitution of Tennessee, and the Bill of Rights would be showcased “in order to educate students on the historical significance and common cultural heritage the documents have on the principles of the LEA or public charter school, this state, or the United States of America.”

Schools would be provided with printed copies of these documents at no cost and would be asked to display them in a “prominent location.”

It is worth noting that, while the legislation would authorize schools to display these items, it would not mandate that they do so.

  1. “WHY” should they “not mandate that they do so”????

This country was “Inspired” to be created by none other than “JESUS CHRIST”.

ALL our laws reflect that doctrine, or did at one time, until the “Soldiers of Satan” convinced many people it violated their “Rights”.

God gave man the ability to create more people to have fellowship with him but man just want to use it for his own pleasure and murder any that might start to be created.

But “GOD” is about to bring it all to an end, those six days of work are over and the seventh day is about to begin, right after the Tribulaton.

    “GOD SAID”:
Mt 24:32 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When “HIS BRANCH” is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:
33 So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.
34 Verily I say unto you,……”This generation shall not pass,”…………. till all these things be fulfilled.

70 AD Rome destroyed the temple and scattered the Jews.

Mr 13:28 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When “HER BRANCH” (Israel restored, 1948) is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is near:
29 So ye in like manner, when ye shall see these things come to pass, know that it is nigh, even at the doors.
30 Verily I say unto you, that……………….”this generation shall not pass”,……………….. till all these things be done.

A generation can be 70-80 years. 2029 will end the 80.

But the only thing you need to know is that…..”THIS GENERATION SHALL NOT PASS” before the Tribulation and destruction of Israel, ‘AND THE WORLD” starts.

    That’s GOD’S WORDS”, not mine.

God is going to do some “ABORTING” of his own.

      1. Obviously you have never read the Constitution. The Bible was the foundation of the Constitution. Our forefathers used it as a guide. I would suggest you take the Biblical citizenship class. You might actually learn what the Constitution is really about.
In God we trust not government or man.
        Have a blessed day.

    1. Amen. Mark 8:38 NIV
38 If anyone is ashamed of me and my words in this adulterous and sinful generation, the Son of Man will be ashamed of them when he comes in his Father’s glory with the holy angels.”
In God we trust not government or man.
      Have a blessed a day.

  2. It blows me away that people ‘think’ they know things when they obviously don’t. God is NOT mentioned in our Constitution. Period!! PolishBear is totally correct. A simple search will confirm that fact. Some people have listened far to long to preachers spew what people now like to term “misinformation”. They hear it and believe it without any reservations or verification. If the preacher said it, it must be true. Dang people, do some research before you repeat things you hear and read.

The 10 Commandments are foundational documents obviously related to Israel and Christianity and are thousands of years old. The US Constitution is obviously related to this country and is only a few hundred years old.
There’s nothing wrong with the Commandments but, they are NOT foundational to this great country.
