Needs to PASS ASAP!!
This will clear up the tent cities on public property but will it go so far as to include private hotels paid for with taxpayer funds. Look at NYC hotels housing illegals. The rooms and food is over $300 a day per illegal. Then U add the payroll to run these flop house as well as hotel damage, police and fire responders. These once stately Times Square hotels will never be the same.
Let Mexico, Argentina, Brazil… (117 countries) on and on pay for their own citizens. We don’t owe them anything. Take away the money the US gives out every year and spend it on our legal citizens!
This Hb-1247 will not pass out of committee.
Rs spineless.
Rs scared to lose big donor$.
Tn must abolish
“VOICE VOTE”.
But legislature are scaredy cats.
