The Tennessee Conservative [By Olivia Lupia] –

Last week, The Tennessee Conservative reported on an indictment filed by the Department of Justice alleging a Tennessee-based content creation company was actually a Russian-backed propaganda scheme orchestrated by Russian nationals utilizing false identities and shell corporations.

The company, named only as U.S. Company-1 in the court documents is purported to be Tenet Media, a distributor of conservative content that describes itself as a “network of heterodox commentators that focus on Western political and cultural issues”.

Benny Johnson quickly posted to X regarding the indictment, stating definitively that his contract was standard and later terminated, and believing that the indictment made, “clear that myself and other influencers were victims in this alleged scheme.”

Now, more conservative influencers are relaying their perspectives about the indictment and their association with Tenet Media, with most specifically claiming not to have had any knowledge of the alleged fraud.

Dave Rubin, creator and host of The Rubin Report, agreed with Johnson that, “These allegations clearly show that I and other commentators were the victims of this scheme.”

Tim Pool of The Culture War Podcast emphasized that his content was only licensed through Tenet Media, never produced, created, or directed by them and ended his statement with, “Putin is a scumbag.”

Tayler Hansen, a Christian reporter and content creator, affirmed on X, “TENET Media has ended after the DOJ indictment.” He states he is seeking new employment and asks his followers for assistance in finding new avenues for his work, concluding with, “All help will be greatly appreciated during this transition period”.

The indictment noted that at least two of the creators, remaining unnamed in the documents, had been “deceived” by the founders of Company-1. None of these media personalities are accused of any wrongdoing or being charged in relation to the indictment.

  1. Garland and Wray are scum and liars. The timing is no accident but they’ve had to shut up now that Putin has endorsed Kamala.
