Glad he’s running. He’s not owned by lucifer’s pharma, etc.
What the ETC should mark is the occasion of the Fritts candidacy encouraging at least one big-buck/no record corporate exec to run for governor now that the conservative vote will be split three ways between Rose (Heritage-99%), Blacburn (87%) and Fritts (TLRC-99%). Yessireee, just what the Dr. ordered, a Bill Lee reasonable facsimile ready to continue the Haslam/Lee administration that conservatives have been complaining about for the just about 14 years now.
A lot of conservatives won’t like it, but at this rate Marsha will be our only chance to end the Haslam/Lee administration in this no runoff state with Fritts having no chance at all. Please, encourage Fritts to think again.
I disagree with Stuart Anderson. Blackburn is establishment just as Haslam and Lee as a guileless lackey for the establishment. Blackburn will be more of the same. Monty is not “no record” he sponsored legislation to limit the emergency powers of the governor to not violate state constitution rights, among other admirable bills he sponsored. Blackburn will be like lackey Lee on steroids.
