Knoxville, TN—Knox for Liberty will be hosting the 2026 Knox County Candidate Town Hall on July 13, 2026 at 7201 Strawberry Plains Pike, Pellissippi State Community College Room ST3100 at 6:30pm.
Participants include: Gubernatorial Candidate State Representative Monty Fritts, District 89 Incumbent State Representative Justin Lafferty, District 7 State Senate Candidate Kent Morrell, District 9 School Board Candidate Bill Sofield, District 3 County Commission Candidate Sheri Super, District 7 County Commission Candidate Barry Beeler, Seat 10 County Commission Candidate Justin Cofer, District 18 Incumbent State Representative Elaine Davis, and District 5 Republican SEC Candidate Sherri Garrett, with potential for additional candidates.
Each candidate will have a brief question and answer period following their campaign introduction and motivation for seeking office. This is a free event, and the public is encouraged to attend.
