We the People of West TN invites the community to an open forum with State Representative Monty Fritts, a Republican candidate for Governor of Tennessee, on Tuesday, March 17, from 6:00–8:00 pm.
Note: We the People of West TN does not endorse candidates, but seeks to educate, inform and encourage participation in the constitutional electoral process. This event provides an opportunity for residents to hear directly from Rep. Fritts as one of the candidates in this very important August 2026 Republican primary election.
Rep. Fritts, a U.S. Army veteran and current Tennessee House member (District 32), will share his vision under the theme “Liberty and Less Government” — focusing on reducing taxes, limiting government overreach, protecting rights (including 2nd Amendment and property rights), securing elections, responsible budgeting, and putting Tennesseans first. More details on his platform are available at fritts4tn.com.
Come learn about Rep. Fritts’ proposed plans for governing Tennessee and hear his answers to specific questions. A panel of high school and college students will pose questions, followed by those selected from questions submitted on cards by attendees in an effort for all topics to be covered.
