A motion was approved to allow Blount County District Attorney General Ryan Desmond to be recused from a case against a former Blount County teacher who is charged with several child sex crimes.
51-year-old Shane Rewis of Maryville was a teacher and coach at Heritage High School.
He was indicted last November on three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor by electronic means, two counts of continuous sexual abuse of a child, trafficking for a commercial sex act, and sexual exploitation of a minor.
Rewis resigned from his position at the school in September.
The Blount County Sheriff’s Office began investigating Rewis in May 2024 after two minors reported that he had contacted them electronically, sending inappropriate messages and photos. Another minor victim was identified through the investigation.
This week, a judge granted a motion to recuse Desmond from the case after the defense noted that a child who is related to Desmond was seen in photographs on Rewis’ phone. The defense alleges that those photos did not depict sexual exploitation but say they have not been able to view them again after their initial discovery.
Defense attorneys also claim that plea deals were offered to Rewis earlier this year but the state has now halted those offers after the public denounced what they felt was a light sentence for another teacher accused of similar charges.
Rewis’ case will be back in court on August 11 for a status update.

Why is “the state” colluding for plea deals with their employees in the public schools that sex traffick minors? Because it’s cheaper to make a deal that keeps the system exploiting children (with compulsory education law to boot) than put an end to these predators?
They need permanent dispatch.
This has become rampant all over the United States since the pandemic. It has been scientifically proven by many Scientist, Neurologist, and Virologist, throughout the world, that the shot crosses the blood brain barrier and destroys the ability to reason and limits control over your actions and emotions.
America and many other nations are struggling to control the levels of Violence and Sex Trafficking, which is overwhelming local and state police. The internet of things are hard at work at scrubbing all research of true and verified information to the public on this subject, as well as the Chemicals being sprayed in our skies daily and 5G. If you try to google these subjects you are met with nothing but propaganda and lies, telling you this is all a “CONSPIRACY THEORY.” This phrase was coined to disparage anyone who brought up these subjects, just like they did when so many American’s were dying or injured from the shot. This is intentional and has worked very well for those who want to keep this information from the public. The so called “fact checkers,” are the real conspiracy.
We must all stand up and speak up to stop this attack on our families. We must stop the horrific porn sites on the web, that promote and encourage this behavior upon our children. These sites could be stopped with a flip of a switch, as many other Countries around the world have done, but not America, ask yourself, Why?
Furthermore, We must stand against the assault of the Geo-Engineering on us daily, despite many states banning the spraying, it still continues. We must demand that the Chemicals they are spraying on and putting in our food be stopped. Bill Gates has just been given the green light to spray these DNA damaging chemicals on our food and not a peep from our government informing anyone.

Notice that the article doesn’t say how old the “children” and “minors” are. Are they 10? 0r 17?
Was it a “Sting”?
Did they issue a Press Release before his trial? (That’s typical – what happened to “innocent until proven guilty”?)
Did he have any physical contact with them? Or was it just photos?
See how messed up it is – no answers to those questions – it is “you’re guilty. 10 years in prison”.

If you are EVER sent or tricked into viewing photos of anyone who could possibly under the age of 18, go to the police because it might be a Sting. And if they come to interview you, do NOT believe what they say – they lie. They laugh at “Miranda Rights”.
If you have teenagers, tell them about this – they will arrest Teenagers too. So if other teenagers text them pics, they can be arrested and prosecuted.
