The newly formed Williamson Families PAC will host an informational and fundraising kickoff event Nov. 2, from 5:30-8:30 p.m. at Liberty Hall in the Factory, 230 Franklin Rd. in Franklin. Doors open at 5 p.m. Admission is free, with food and drinks available for purchase.
Speakers include country music star John Rich, radio personality Clay Travis and Congressional candidate Robby Starbuck and his wife, Landon.
Grant Henry of the Tennessee Star Report will emcee the event.
The kick-off will introduce the Williamson Families PAC, which was formed by local families, and encourage Williamson County residents to run for county office, volunteer to vet the candidates in their district, and support those candidates during and after their campaigns.
“We advocate for strong family values, individual responsibility, respect for tradition and innovation for the future,” said Robin Steenman, chairman of the PAC.
John Rich is a multi-platinum hit generator and a music industry leader, best known for being half of the groundbreaking country music duo Big & Rich. He is a three-time ASCAP Songwriter of the Year, owner of lifestyle brand Redneck Riviera, and hosts “The Pursuit! With John Rich” on Fox Business, Wednesdays 8pm CST.
Clay Travis co-hosts the “Clay Travis & Buck Sexton Show,” broadcasting to hundreds of radio stations nationwide each weekday in the three hour time slot previously held by Rush Limbaugh. Founder of Outkick.com, he also hosts the top-ranking “Outkick The Show” webcast, which is streamed live on Facebook and available via podcast.
Robby Starbuck is a candidate for Tennessee’s 5th Congressional District. He is a former Hollywood director and producer who worked with some of the biggest stars in film and music and has produced more than 1,000 projects at his company RSM.
Robby Starbuck’s family fled Cuba as Marxism swept through the country. His knowledge of socialism, and how it is seeping into American culture through destructive ideologies such as Critical Race Theory, inspired his entrance into politics.
Landon Starbuck is an advocate to end human trafficking. She’s currently on the board of Operation Lightshine and she’s a partner with the National Center on Sexual Exploitation.
