The Tennessee Conservative Staff –
A Maury County teacher stands accused of a number of different sex crimes, including rape and incest.
Kenny L. Anderson, Jr., 39, of Columbia, has been indicted on 16 charges of sexual contact with a minor between the ages of 13 and 18 on multiple occasions spanning from 2020 to 2023.
According to Maury County Schools Superintendent Lisa Ventura, Anderson was suspended from the system in August 2023.
The indictment states that Anderson “used the authority to accomplish the sexual contact.” The victim was said to have been “sexually penetrated” without consent, adding that at the time of the penetration, Anderson knew the victim did not consent.
Anderson has been charged with the following: five counts of rape, five counts of incest, five counts of sexual battery by an authority figure, and one count of aggravated sexual battery.
Anderson was booked into the Maury County Sheriff’s Office on February 20. He was released that same day on a $200,000 bond.
Ventura released the following statement concerning the indictment:
“Mr. Anderson was suspended on 8/21/23 pending an investigation. Per MCPS School Board Policy, all suspensions are without pay. MCPS is aware of his indictment. Questions regarding his charges should be directed to Columbia Police Department.”

Whew! It’s a good thing the TNGOP didn’t pass that capital punishment for raping minors bill!
Was it just some fake, saber-rattling (for the children!) they never intended to pass, or was it a warning shot for the public school teachers? Children in White, Tipton, Hamilton, Rutherford, Wilson counties are victims in recent months. Maybe an amendment to Lockdown Lee’s voucher plan that would allow any students in a system where public school teachers are raping the students to transfer away from the pedophiles would be a good idea.
And no one is surprised.
Hang that Democrat from the nearest tree.
