Middle Tennessee Alderman And His Wife Arrested On Drug Charges

The Tennessee Conservative Staff –

A Franklin County, Tennessee alderman and his wife are being charged with money laundering and selling drugs.

Alderman Justin Stubblefield of Decherd and his wife Paige have both been charged with possession of a Schedule I controlled substance and conspiracy to distribute oxycodone.

The arrest comes as part of an ongoing investigation by the Franklin County Drug Task Force into the 2022 overdose deaths of 29-year-old William Sebastian “Storm” Horton and 26-year-old Myles Jacob Kincaid.

According to the release, Justin Stubblefield was also charged with one count of money laundering due to the financial transactions that took place during the sale of oxycodone.

The couple was arrested and booked into the Franklin County Jail on July 9.
