Due To The Board Being Split, Mayor Ken Moore, Casted The Deciding Vote. Moore Voted In Favor Stating That If Franklin Pride Should Again Violate The Promise They Made To Keep The Event Family Friendly, He Would Make Sure They Never Hold The Event In Franklin Ever Again.
