Hamilton County Schools Has Received A Fostering Diverse Schools Grant. A Large Population Of HCS Students Are Not Reading Or Doing Math At Grade Level. It Is Unclear How This Grant Will Help Students That Are Not Doing Well Academically. Central Office Employment Seems To Grow While Student Academic Success Continues To Decline.
