New Rules For Bail Include Several Criteria, None Of Which Have Anything To Do With Whether The Crime Committed Was A Violent One Or If Anyone Was Harmed In The Commission Of That Crime. Even If A Criminal Is Arrested And Is Let Out On Bond And Arrested Again, They Can Still Make Bail.
