The Knox County Sheriff’s Office has arrested another illegal alien for involvement in felony criminal activity.
Kelvin B. Aguirre-Flores, 20, was arrested on December 1 for aggravated burglary.
He is currently jailed on a $20,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court for a preliminary hearing on the felony charges on December 18.
Records show that Aguirre-Flores has an immigrant detainer hold.
He will remain in the Knox County Jail until he is turned over to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
An immigrant detainer means that he is most likely in this country illegally.
