Tennessee Conservative News Staff –
Davidson and Knox County police arrested several illegal aliens in the early part of the week, including some with prior criminal records.

32-year-old Fabian E. Caballero Cantillo was taken into custody in Davidson County on Sunday, December 1. He was charged with no driver’s license but that charge was dismissed on Wednesday, December 3.

Police also arrested 47-year-old Brankica Jankovic on Sunday. She is charged with probation violation. Jankovic was originally charged with aggravated burglary from an incident that happened in August 2013. She was convicted on a lesser charge of criminal trespassing. That case has now been reopened.

Knox County police also arrested two men on Sunday. Pasqual Jiminez and Felipe Miguel Miguel are facing charges of aggravated burglary, attempted rape, rape, and rape – conspiracy. They are both being held in the Knox County jail.

24-year-old Jacob Giovani Larreta was arrested in Knox County on Monday. He is charged with aggravated domestic assault and is being held on a $15,000 bond.

Inmate records show that these individuals now have immigrant detainers.
They will remain in custody until they are released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
An ICE hold most likely means these individuals are in the country illegally.
