Davidson and Knox County police have been busy taking criminal illegal aliens charged with rape, solicitation, assault, and more off the streets.

Davidson County police recently arrested the following individuals:
33-year-old Kevin Arnoldo-Coc – arrested April 22
- Arnoldo-Coc was charged with domestic assault with bodily injury. He was booked on a $1000 bond.

34-year-old Jose Salvador Sanchez Urias – arrested April 22
- Urias was charged with domestic assault with bodily injury and intentional aggravated assault with serious bodily injury. He was booked on a $12,500 total bond.

39-year-old Jesus R. Reyes-Mujica – arrested April 26
- Reyes-Mujica was charged with driving on a suspended license. He was booked on a $1000 bond.

22-year-old Wilson Lopez Vasquez – arrested April 27
- Vasquez was charged with statutory rape. He was booked on a $5000 bond.


Knox County police arrested the following individuals:
48-year-old Amadeo Arriaga Balderas – arrested April 19
- Balderas was charged with DUI (first offense). He was booked without bond.

30-year-old Maria Orea Perez – arrested April 19
- Perez was charged with promoting prostitution, child abuse/neglect/endangerment (age 8 or less), child restraint (under age 4), and driving without a license. She was booked on a $9000 bond.

40-year-old Adrian Gonzalez Ramirez – arrested April 21
- Ramirez was charged with solicitation of a minor/patronizing prostitution with a victim <15. He was booked with a bond to be set.

37-year-old Mauricio Bocanegra – arrested April 21
- Bocanegra was charged with aggravated domestic assault. He was booked on a $5500 bond.

41-year-old Juan Ruiz – arrested April 22
- Ruiz was charged with multiple counts of rape. He was booked on a $130,000 total bond.

34-year-old Euclides Enrique Andrade Silva – arrested April 23
- Silva was charged with stalking and was booked on a conditional release order.

47-year-old Hongtao Li – arrested April 23
- Li was charged with prostitution. She was booked with bond to be set.

47-year-old Lingli Zheng – arrested April 23
- Zheng was charged with prostitution and bribery of a public servant. She was booked on a $40,000 bond.

40-year-old Mairon Randolfo Banegas-Carranza – arrested April 24
- Banegas-Carranza was charged with DUI (first offense) and criminal impersonation. He was booked on a $2500 bond.

29-year-old Leonel Jiminez Cardona – arrested April 24
- Cardona was charged with four counts of DUI. No bond is listed.

34-year-old Edwin Alexander Lopez Funez – arrested April 26
- Funez was charged with DUI (first offense), speeding, driving without a license, open container, and financial responsibility law. He was booked on a $6500 bond.

Ramirez, Zheng, and Li were arrested in conjunction with an undercover operation that took place from April 21-22 in a human trafficking operation by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
Inmate records show that all of these individuals currently have immigrant detainers and will remain in custody until released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
An ICE hold most likely means they are in this country illegally.
