ICE Agents Arrest Criminal Alien From Guatemala In Loudon County; Others Arrested In Davidson & Knox Counties

U.S. Immigration And Customs Agents Continue To Take Illegal Aliens Into Custody Across The Country, Including One In Tennessee; While Local Law Enforcement Has Taken Even More Into Custody For A Variety Of Crimes Ranging From DUIs To Strangulation And Vandalism.

U.S. Immigration and Customs agents continue to take illegal aliens into custody across the country, including one in Tennessee. 

Agents arrested Ludwid Lemus, an illegal alien from Guatemala, who was convicted of being an alien in possession of a firearm, aggravated assault, and illegal re-entry into the country.

He was arrested in Loudon County.

Davidson County police also arrested the following illegal aliens:

19-year-old Saul Martinez-Garcia – arrested September 10

• Martinez-Garcia was charged with driving under the influence, possession or casual exchange of a controlled substance, alcohol possession under age 21, and driver’s license required. He was booked on a $5000 total bond.

24-year-old Xol Can Alfonso – arrested September 12

• Alfonso was charged with driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident with damage ($1500 or less), escaping custody, and aggravated assault (weapon from vehicle). He was booked on a $25,000 total bond. 

38-year-old Javier Hernan Gonzalez Sedano – arrested September 13

• Sedano was charged with aggravated assault (strangulation). He was booked on a $25,000 bond.

23-year-old Katiusja Figuera – arrested September 13

• Figuera was charged with assault/reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon and vandalism ($1000 or less). She was booked on a $7500 total bond. 

45-year-old Denis Cruz Rodriguez – arrested September 14 

• Rodriguez was charged with driving under the influence. He was booked without bond and was later sentenced to 48 hours in jail.

Knox County police arrested the following illegal aliens:

33-year-old Yaac Mendez – arrested August 28

• Mendez was charged with three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor. He was booked on a $15000 bond.

41-year-old Carlos Santiago – arrested September 10

• Santiago was charged with domestic assault. He was booked on a $2500 bond.

21-year-old Diego Alfredo Ajanel – arrested September 11

• Ajanel was charged with four counts of aggravated assault, vandalism ($1000-$2500) and public intoxication. He was booked without bond.

48-year-old Jorge Cruz – arrested September 14

• Cruz was charged with public intoxication and evading arrest. He was booked on a $10,000 total bond.

Inmate records show that these individuals currently have immigrant detainers and will remain in custody until released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. An ICE hold most likely means they are in this country illegally.
