Tennessee Illegal Aliens Busted For Assault, DUI, Illicit Drugs, Public Intoxication, Vandalism & More…

Davidson and Knox County police have taken several illegal aliens into custody on charges including assault, vandalism, and driving under the influence.

Davidson County police arrested the following illegal aliens:

31-year-old Hugo Diego Armando Casiano-Martinez – arrested September 28

  • Casiano-Martinez was charged with vandalism ($1000 or less), two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and driver’s license required. He was booked on a $22,500 total bond.

21-year-old Carlos Ulises Amaya Ordonez – arrested September 29

  • Ordonez was charged with domestic assault with fear of bodily injury, domestic assault with bodily injury, and vandalism (>$2500 but <$10,000). He was booked on a $12,000 bond.

48-year-old Diago Garcia-Pascual – arrested September 29

  • Garcia-Pascual was charged with violation of probation and public intoxication. He was booked on a $50,250 total bond. The probation violation stems from guilty verdict on a driving under the influence charge from a 2024 incident. Garcia-Pascual was also charged with DUI in 2023, but was found guilty of the lesser charge of reckless driving. 

21-year-old Carlos Enrique Coc Tiul – arrested September 29

  • Tiul was charged with driving under the influence and driver’s license required. He was booked on a $4000 bond.

23-year-old Bartolo Alonzo-Gregorio – arrested September 29

  • Alonzo-Gregorio was charged with driving under the influence and driver’s license required. He was booked on a $2500 bond.

56-year-old Jose Antonio Xol Macz – arrested September 30

  • Macz was charged with insurance evidence of compliance, holding or using altered or false document or plate, and driver’s license required. He was booked on a $3,000 total bond.

Knox County police arrested the following illegal aliens:

49-year-old Hsiao-Chin Cheng – arrested September 16

  • Cheng was charged with unlawful use of telecommunications device while driving, criminal simulation, computer offense (>$1000 but <$2500), and tampering with evidence. He was booked on a $30,500 bond.

34-year-old Lillian Rivas Rodriguez – arrested September 22

  • Rodriguez was charged with domestic assault. She was booked on a $2000 bond.

28-year-old Keydi Guzman – arrested September 22

  • Guzman was charged with driving without a license. She was booked on a $1000 bond.

28-year-old Catalina Gonzalez – arrested September 24

  • Gonzalez was charged with domestic assault. She was booked on a $1000 bond.

21-year-old Carlos Moises Flores Galeas – arrested September 26

  • Galeas was charged with simple possession/casual exchange. He was booked on a $500 bond.

24-year-old Andres Seballon – arrested September 27

  • Seballon was charged with public intoxication. He was booked on a $1000 bond.

26-year-old Jose de Jesus Estrada Cortes – arrested September 27

  • Cortes was charged with public intoxication. He was booked on a $1000 bond.

34-year-old Raul M. Avlilez – arrested September 27

  • Avlilez was charged with driving while license suspended. He was booked on a $500 bond.

20-year-old Llohan Mairera-Espinoza – arrested September 28

  • Mairera-Espinoza was charged with driving without a license. He was booked on a $1000 bond.

27-year-old Yulianna Zuguey Medrano – arrested September 28

  • Medrano was charged with domestic assault. She was booked on a $3000 bond.

Inmate records show that these individuals currently have immigrant detainers and will remain in custody until released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

An ICE hold most likely means they are in this country illegally.
