Numerous illegal aliens were arrested in Davidson and Knox Counties over the last week on various charges including sexual battery, drug possession, driving under the influence, and domestic assault.

In Davidson County, the following illegal aliens were arrested:

  • Santa Maria was charged with possession or casual exchange of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and two counts of probation violation. Bond was set at $2,500.

Notably, those arrested in Davidson County were logged as White, though there are no images to confirm the classification, and some law enforcement agencies in liberal areas have a tendency to mislabel races in booking logs.

Knox County authorities arrested these individuals:

  • Vargas Flores was charged with DUI and had bond set at $3,000.

26-year-old Wesley Christian Martinez Recinos- arrested Oct. 2

29-year-old Ismael Cortes Lopez- arrested Oct. 4

  • Lopez was charged with DUI, driving without a license, and driving on roadways laned for traffic. Bond was set at $2,000.

30-year-old Valentin Pablo Castareda- arrested Oct. 4

  • Castareda was charged with public intoxication with bond set at $5,500.

40-year-old Maria Elena Flores Zelaya- arrested Oct. 4

Inmate records show these individuals all have immigration detainers, meaning they are likely in the country illegally, and will remain in custody until released to ICE.
