An altercation in the Benton County Election Commission office has resulted in a case that is now headed to the Grand Jury.

On September 23rd, an altercation erupted between several individuals at the Benton County Election Commission Office lobby in Camden, Tennessee.

The identified persons include Gina Beasley, Election Commissioner; Al Beasley (Gina’s husband), Debbie Baldwin, City Alderman; Cristy Baldwin and ‘Debi C’.

The footage from the Election Office’s surveillance camera was released to the individuals captured on camera by the District Attorney.

The release of this video evidence to the public went against the advice of Benton County government officials, since this case is currently still in litigation and is yet to be heard by the Grand Jury.

Since this case is still under litigation, all parties involved have been advised to not give details of the event.  Therefore,  The Tennessee Conservative has been unable, at this time, to get the full story and/or verify events beyond the authenticity of the surveillance footage.

We will post updates as new information surfaces.
