Chilly Temps & Possible Snow Flurries For Higher Elevations!

Mostly cloudy skies will be in store for the state today. Areas of western and southern Tennessee may see some light showers fall from those clouds. Chilly afternoon highs will be near 50 degrees.

As temps drop overnight, a few snow flurries are possible for the Cumberland Plateau region. Overnight lows will fall into the low to mid 30s for much of the state. The colder air will be slower to get to East Tennessee, where overnight lows will be near 40 degrees.

A cool but sunny Thursday is expected across much of West and Middle Tennessee. Clouds and a few light showers may linger longer for East Tennessee. Afternoon highs will be in the low to mid 50s statewide.
