The Tennessee Conservative [By David Seal] –
Congressman Tim Burchett (R-Tennessee, District 2) has called on the House Intelligence Committee to subpoena and release the immigration records of Congresswoman Ilhan Omar.

A copy of Burchett’s letter is provided below.

Burchett’s letter to Congressman Rick Crawford, Chair of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, places an emphasis on transparency, stating in part:
“Serious concerns have been raised regarding her background and immigration history. To ensure transparency and accountability, I request these records be made public. It is our responsibility to confirm all Members of Congress meet eligibility requirements, as providing false information on immigration forms is grounds for denaturalization.” – said Congressman Tim Burchett
The congressman continued his theme of policing organizations that improperly use taxpayer funds, namely identifying public funds that are funneled to nations that export terrorist activity.

His monthly newsletter stated in part, “Congressman Burchett wrote a letter to President Trump regarding the improper use of taxpayer funds to support non-governmental organizations (NGOs). With the creation of DOGE, the American public can now see where their money is going. These NGOs have diverted our tax dollars to organizations like the Taliban and have played a significant role in the influx of over 80,000 Somalians into the U.S. Many of these illegal aliens are currently under investigation for allegedly stealing over a billion dollars from child nutrition and social services programs.”
On December 16, Congressman Tim Burchett questioned Federal Aviation Administrator Bryan Bedford during a hearing before the Transportation and Infrastructure Subcommittee on Aviation.
The questions concern the specific actions the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is taking to fully implement President Trump’s directive to ensure non-discriminatory, merit-based hiring across all positions.
Finally, Burchett chimed in on the Maduro capture. “Nicolas Maduro is a thug and a narcoterrorist, responsible for the murder of countless Americans. Today, the heavy hand of American justice brought Maduro out of hiding, ending his tyrannical regime once and for all. Thank you to President Trump, Secretary Rubio, Secretary Hegseth, and our brave service members who carried out this operation.”

It appears as if Ms. Omar became a naturalized citizen but was not a minor. The interview I saw with a credible researcher said minor children are automatically US citizens when their father becomes a naturalized citizen. When it was exposed that she was not a minor and never naturalized as an adult she changed the year she was born so as to appear as if she were 17 years old when her father was naturalized. I surely hope this is one of the accusations they are investigating. She has on numerous occasions swore her allegiance to HER COUNTRY Somalia. This alone should be grounds to rescind her citizenship (if it is even legitimate citizenship) and deport her. She was not poor nor was she oppressed in Somalia. Her father was a militant. It is more likely they had to escape so her father would not be killed. So again did they come here under false pretenses??? There is always the chance that Obama helped her family come here illegally too. Just theory but worth looking into. The source I heard from has been researching this for years. I actually shared the interview on my Substack.
Thanx Karen.
