The Tennessee Conservative [By Jason Vaughn] –
Deputy Speaker Janice Bowling sent a letter to constituents yesterday that offered a review of previously killed legislation to end child mutilation and visual depictions of the surgeries and hormonal “therapies” that she aims to make illegal in the Volunteer State.
Senator Bowling (R-Tullahoma-District 16 ) thanked the Tennesseans who attended and/or prayed for the Rally to End Child Mutilation that took place last Friday, October 21st in Nashville and offered thanks and prayers to Matt Walsh of the Daily Wire for exposing “this barbarism for profit in Tennessee”.
Bowling said, “We must protect the children from the irreversible mutilation of their bodies and lives. Our work and vigilance must be ongoing.”
In 2021, Bowling and Representative John Ragan (R-Oak Ridge- District 33) sponsored HB 578 (Ragan) / SB 675 (Bowling) in an attempt to outlaw child transgender drug therapy and surgical mutilations.
The caption for that bill was as follows:
‘Children – As introduced, prohibits the provision of sexual identity change therapy to prepubescent minors; prohibits the provision of sexual identity change therapy to minors who have entered puberty unless a parent or guardian has written recommendations for the therapy from at least three physicians; punishes violations as child abuse; designates violations by healthcare professionals as professional misconduct.‘
After successfully getting through two House committees, Ragan did not push this bill after he was informed that it was dead in the Senate.
In her email to constituents, Bowling attached the 2022 bill that was again killed by RINOs in the Senate, called the “Youth Health Protection Act” to demonstrate what legislation “must do to create this protection.”
The caption for this bill is as follows:
Health Care – As introduced, enacts the ‘Youth Health Protection Act.’
a) …it is unlawful for an individual to engage in the following practices upon a minor…
(1) Surgery that sterilizes the minor, including castration, vasectomy, hysterectomy, oophorectomy, metoidioplasty, orchiectomy, penectomy, phalloplasty, and vaginoplasty;
(2) A mastectomy;
(3) Administering or supplying the following medications that induce transient or permanent infertility:
(A) Puberty-blocking medication to stop or delay normal puberty;
(B) Supraphysiologic doses of testosterone or other androgens to members of the female sex; or
(C) Supraphysiologic doses of estrogen or synthetic compounds with estrogenic activity to members of the male sex; or
(4) Removing an otherwise healthy or non-diseased body part or tissue.
(b) A medical professional who engages in a practice identified in subsection (a), or causes the practice to be performed, commits unprofessional conduct and is subject to revocation of licensure and other appropriate discipline by the medical professional’s licensing authority…
To drive the point home, Bowling attached graphic photos representing the surgeries and hormonal “therapies” that “must be made illegal for minors (up to age 18—Tanner 5) in Tennessee.”

Bowling encourages concerned Tennesseans to copy and share this information as preparations are being made for the 113th Session of the Tennessee General Assembly.
“Thank you in advance for your continued involvement in making this mutilation of our children a short period of darkness in our state’s history,” Bowling said.

My God how could this be happening anywhere in the world, let alone in the great state of Tennessee. Vanderbilt and it Drs need to be held accountable for this butchery. Everyone of the Senators who blocked this bill the first time have to be brought out in the open. 1000’s have been harmed by their delay.
