Educate For November 8: Discussion About Tennessee’s Proposed Constitutional Amendments

On November 5th in Cookeville, there will be a discussion focused on the four proposed amendments to the Tennessee Constitution with special guest David Fowler, President of Family Action Council of TN (FACT) and former State Senator.
Fowler grew up in Chattanooga, Tennessee and graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a Bachelor’s of Science in 1980 and followed with a Juris Doctor J.D. (Doctor of Jurisprudence) from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1983.
Fowler practiced law in Cincinnati, Ohio and Chattanooga, TN and taught Law and Government at Bryan College for four years.
Fowler, a Republican, served in the Tennessee Senate for District 11 from the 99th Tennessee General Assembly until the 104th, representing Signal Mountain.
Fowler is now the President of Family Action Council of Tennessee, an organization associated with a Focus on the Family.
