Davis, 35, is the subject of an MNPD Youth Services investigation that began on January 14th after a school resource officer at Antioch received information that Davis was having inappropriate Instagram communication with a 14-year-old female student.

All of the charges against Davis relate to the one victim and his continued sexually related comments toward her.

The school system immediately suspended Davis after it was informed of the investigation.
