The former CEO of a Memphis bank is scheduled to plead guilty to child pornography charges in the early part of next year.
According to court documents, 68-year-old Robert “Bob” Hartheimer, former CEO of Evolve Bank and Trust, is set to plead guilty to the charges in court on January 5, 2026.
Hartheimer is facing charges of attempted production of child pornography and coercion and enticement of a minor. The child pornography charge carries a potential sentence of 15 to 30 years in prison. The second charge carries a sentence of 10 years to life in prison.
The charges came after Hartheimer allegedly tried to meet with a 15-year-old boy he met on the Grindr app with plans to have sex with him. He was arrested several days later at the bank’s headquarters by federal agents.
Bank officials released a statement saying he was terminated immediately and they are cooperating with the investigation.
“We are in close contact with the U.S. Attorney’s office and have been assured that this is a personal matter and does not relate to the Bank or its operations in any way. That said, we have offered our full cooperation as they investigate,” the statement read. “Our team remains focused on serving customers, supporting employees, and delivering on our business objectives. We remain confident in the strength of our leadership, the stability of our operations, and the continued trust of our customers and investors.”

It is very troubling that so many Doctors, Lawyers, Judges, law enforcement and others in high positions have been caught with this filth. They are so high minded that even though they see so many getting caught, they still pursue this DEBAUCHERY. There is no cure for this, complete castration is the only just punishment for these evil men that prey on our Children.
