The Tennessee Conservative [By Olivia Lupia] –
More than 1,500 high school students from across Tennessee gathered for a night of worship and gospel messages at the Williamson County AG EXPO Park last week, with about 1,000 of them accepting the salvation of Jesus Christ.
The Unite High Schools event was led by the ministry UniteUs, which began in Sept. 2023 at Auburn University where 5,000 students proclaimed the name of Jesus, and 200 were spontaneously baptized in a nearby lake.

Encouraged by the successes on college campuses of a movement marked by salvations, water baptisms, and worship, many high school students asked for a revival event aimed at their age category, something UniteUs Founder Tonya Prewett wasn’t initially sure could be accomplished.
“We had students reaching out begging us to do an event for high schoolers. With such an intense schedule for universities, we didn’t see how we could make it work but I felt like God said,’ Trust me,'” Prewett said.
And that trust paid off, because the entire event was planned within three weeks and high schoolers were excited to gather for a “powerful” night. The inaugural event for the younger generation saw around 1,500 attendees and included worship and messages from Prewett and Grant Troutt, a Brentwood-based Christian speaker.
The night’s effect was profound as approximately 1,000 people, roughly 2/3 of the attendees, came to the altar to give their lives to Christ.

“The arena emptied as the altar filled with over 1,000 high school students fully surrendering their lives to Jesus in Nashville. Revival is moving to high schools!” UniteUs wrote after the event.
“Such an amazing night,” wrote one attendee on Instagram.
Another wrote, “Literally such an AMAZING night. God is MOVING.”
One mother shared that she cried at the sight of hundreds of teens praising the Lord. “[This] gives me so much hope for our future generation… I pray they surrender it all to the Lord and lean on him as they journey through this life,” she said.
UniteUs has not announced any future high school-specific events at this juncture but given the success of the Dec. 10 gathering in Tennessee, more are likely to come.

Excellent news and all Glory to God! Thank you UniteUS for your work. THIS is the way to real freedom….to save our Judea-Christian culture. When young students hear the great news of the gospel, obey it’s eternal life-plan of salvation and follow Jesus, they make better students, moms, fathers and community leaders!
GREAT!! Hope they remain steadfast.
They will as long as they stay away from college or wait until they are a bit more mature and grounded. The statistics after 4 years of college are not positive for Christian students entering college to end their college days still a believer. I call college communist finishing school. If they didn’t get you in the first 12 years they are bent on finishing you off in college.
