Law enforcement arrested an illegal immigrant from Venezuela in Chattanooga this Saturday on charges resulting from a car crash that left two of her young children severely injured.

23-year-old Gleximar Carolina Zarraga Morales handed police a Venezuelan ID because she did not have a drivers license.

She was only able to communicate with authorities through a translator app.

Morales said that she had just gotten new tires, but her car had crashed because the brakes went out.

The arrest report says that traffic investigators arrived at the scene of a single car crash on Walnut Road back in August of this year.

There they found a three-year-old and a four-year-old child. Both were assessed as having severe injuries.

Both children were buckled into front-facing child car seats, but the car seats themselves were not properly anchored to the vehicle seats and according to the arrest report, the shoulder and lap belts were loose.

According to the report, the 3-year-old child had an open ankle fracture and the 4-year-old child was air lifted due to a possible broken neck and internal bleeding.

Morales told police when they asked, that she had not followed the instructions for the car seats and that they had “looked good enough to her.”

Police then obtained a warrant for the vehicle’s EDR box and data.

Morales was arrested on Saturday, October 4th, on one count of driving without a drivers license and two counts of reckless endangerment.

A court date has been scheduled for 8:30AM EST on Wednesday, October 8th

  1. TN has to engage in profiling to find these illegal aliens before they kill, rape, rob, beat, and create chaos. Some will scream “racism,” but those fiery darts can be repelled with the Shield of Faith and the long arm of the law protecting their interests. Interestingly, the supporters of criminal illegals cry the loudest when they are on the receiving end of the crime, but mock others. God is no respecter of persons.
