The Tennessee Conservative [By Paula Gomes] –
Knox County school board’s request to pause a mask requirement as the appeals process makes its way through the courts was denied on Monday.
Circuit Judges Eric L. Clay, David W. McKeague and Eugene E. Siler Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit panel agreed with the district court. After listening to Knox County Schools argue that virtual classes are a reasonable accommodation, they wrote, “Like the district court, we are not persuaded that virtual schooling is a reasonable alternative to universal masking.”
In September, U.S. District Judge J. Ronnie Greer ruled that the Knox County Schools had to adopt a mandate requiring masks universally to help protect those children with health problems that may be more susceptible to complications in the event they contract COVID-19.
During the 2020-2021 school year, Knox County chose to adopt a mask mandate but did not make the same decision for the current school year.
According to the Knox County Sentinel, the full appeal of the Knox County case will be heard at a future hearing.

Just how many children do these judges plan on killing with them breathing in their own carbondioxide all day long. Parents should just pull their children out of these communist schools
That judge needs to look at the true science of mask which there is little to no proof they will protect from anything and not just go by the what the Democrats want.
