Op-Ed: When Discussing Christmas Movies, The Conversation Often Leans Towards Heartwarming Tales Of Family, Love, And Holiday Spirit. However, A Unique Set Of Films Has Emerged Over The Years That, While Unconventional, Can Also Lay Claim To The Holiday Season.
Op-Ed: Tennessee Is Facing An Urgent Crisis In Affordable Housing, A Crisis That Is Being Deepened By A Growing Trend Among Property Assessors To Reclassify Residential Rental Properties From A 25% Residential Tax Rate To A 40% Commercial Tax Rate.
Op-Ed: This Is A Story Of Two People Who Were At The Center Of One Of History’s Most Memorable Events. A Man And His Fiancé Were Two Unremarkable People. Neither Powerful Nor Famous, Known Only In Their Local Community, And Even Then, Known For Being Quiet, Unassuming, Ordinary People To Their Neighbors, Although They Were Noted For Their Piety And Attendance At Worship.
Op-Ed: The Approach Described Here Would Be Efficient, Effective, And An Easy, Successful Way To Start. It Would Identify The Cities And States That Want Help From ICE (“Safe Cities”) And Those That Don’t. It Would Result In Illegals Voluntarily Leaving “Safe Cities” And Migrating To Cities That Don’t Identify As “Safe Cities” (Which Will Mostly Be Dem-Controlled Cities). It Would Be Good For Republicans And Expose Libs, Dems And RINO’s Who Don’t Care If Dangerous Illegals Are In Their Cities, And Bring Increasing Public Pressure On Them.
