The Tennessee Conservative Staff –
A security breach led to the Secret Service temporarily delaying former President Trump’s speech at Saturday’s Bitcoin 2024 Conference in Nashville.
According to sources of The New York Post, two people went through an initial checkpoint at the event but then bypassed metal detectors located at a second screening area.
Trump was asked to wait to take the stage until law enforcement officials could locate and question the individuals.
The Secret Service later reported that the pair was “credentialed and screened,” but they were still removed from the event because they did not follow entry regulations.
“It was determined that there was no protective interest with these individuals and there was never a threat to the former president,” the agency said in its statement.
The additional precautions come as the Secret Service deals with great scrutiny after the attempted assassination of Trump at a rally earlier this month.

This is absolutely the correct way to handle it. Do like you’re supposed to, see the event…. Otherwise, watch it on TV. It’s about time you started protecting our CIC.
This is the equivalent of a failing business putting up an “Under New Management” sign but not changing any of the personnel. It give the impression that things will change, when in fact it will remain business as usual.
