Rain Chances Drop To 30% In Tennessee!

Rain chances decrease to around 30% today, and that’s mainly for the southern half of the state. Skies should be partly to mostly cloudy statewide, with afternoon highs climbing into the low to mid 80s.

A few lingering showers or storms may hold on into the early evening for southeast Tennessee, including the Chattanooga area. Otherwise, skies will be partly to mostly cloudy overnight, with muggy low temps dropping into the mid to upper 60s.

A typical summertime Tennessee day awaits us for our midweek. Partly cloudy and humid conditions will lead to a 30% chance for an afternoon/evening shower or storm. Those afternoon temps should top out in the mid to upper 80s.
