Representative John Rose Announces Second Annual Rose Family Farm Fish Fry

Representative John Rose of Tennessee’s 6th District announced that his Second Annual Rose Family Farm Fish Fry will take place September 17, 2022 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Rose Family Farm in Lancaster. 

Speaking about the upcoming event, Representative Rose said, “Last year’s event was a great success and we are excited to have everyone back out to our family farm in September. We will have great food, conversation, and a lot of family fun. Make sure to mark the date in your calendars. Chelsea and I would love to see you and your family there.” 

Tickets are available now online for $15 or can be purchased the day of the event for $20. Children five years and under can attend at no cost. 

The Rose Family Farm is the oldest farm in Smith County and was settled in 1790 by John and Ann Williams Lancaster. Congressman Rose is the eighth generation owner and operator of the property.
