A cold front will bring showers and thunderstorms to the region today. Some of the storms could be strong, but widespread severe weather is not expected.
Tonight, showers and storms will clear out from west to east.
Sunshine returns for our Saturday for many of us. It’s a cooler day in the wake of our cold front, with highs only in the 60s! A few lingering clouds and showers will keep East Tennessee cloudy longer.
For the rest of the Memorial Day Weekend, look for lots of sunshine and pleasant weather. Highs on Sunday will warm into the 70s across the state, with lower 80s expected Memorial Day.
