This Court Is Attempting To Return Our Nation To Its Roots, Where Activism Has No Place In Judicial Matters, Where States Have The Right To Choose, And Where Meritocracy Matters More Than The Superficial Consideration Of One’s Skin Tone Or Ethnicity. Further, The Question Becomes Clouded When The United States Constitution Itself Claims “Congress Shall Make No Law Respecting The Establishment Of Religion Or Prohibiting The Free Exercise Thereof.”
