The Tennessee Conservative Staff –

An illegal alien was arrested in Knox County last week on charges of aggravated assault.

38-year-old Arnold Rodriguez was arrested on May 3 on felony charges of aggravated assault. He is being held on a $15,000 bond.

Rodriguez is set to appear in court again on June 6.

Inmate records for the Knox County Sheriff’s Office show that Rodriguez is now being held on an immigrant detainer. He will remain in custody until he is turned over to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

An ICE detainer means Rodriguez is most likely in this country illegally.
