Brown is scheduled to appear before Judge Aaron Holt on Monday, November 25.

Davidson County Sheriff’s Office inmate records show that Brown now has an immigrant detainer hold.

This means that Brown is most likely in the country illegally. He will remain in jail until he is turned over to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
