Federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has detained an illegal alien after he bonded out on a number of felony charges related to an incident that took place in Washington County last Friday.

33-year-old Fidelino Ortiz Ramirez-Vicente was taken into custody by ICE on Sunday after he made his $50,000 for charges of aggravated burglary, aggravated assault, and felony vandalism.

Washington County Sheriff Keith Sexton stated that WCSO deputies responded to the 3400 block of McKinley Road early Friday morning in response to reports of a disturbance.

Upon their arrival, officers found a broken window in the home, as well as damage to two vehicles at the property. Blood was also seen on both the porch and the driveway.

Victims at the home say Ramirez-Vicente and a woman named Yessica Noyola were involved in an argument, leading to the damage found at the scene. Both were said to have left the scene in a red truck.

Witnesses stated that they returned to the residence with four other individuals, who were not known to the victims. Ramirez-Vicente and Noyola vandalized both the property and vehicles. Ramirez-Vicente also tried to gain access to the residence and wielded a knife as he tried to get residents to come outside.

As officers continued their investigation, the pair returned to the home again. Both individuals had blood on them, along with injuries on their hands. While conducting a search on Ramirez-Vicente, deputies found a knife that matched the description given to officers by witnesses.

Ramirez-Vicente was arrested and taken to the Washington County Detention Center. ICE took him into custody after he posted his $50,000 bond on October 27.

Noyola was given a misdemeanor citation for vandalism and is scheduled to be in court on December 2.
