Another illegal alien was arrested in Davidson County last week and is now facing charges that include theft and forgery.

30-year-old Melvin Eduardo Sabillon-Andara was arrested by the Davidson County Sheriff’s Department on March 26.

He is charged with felony theft of $2500 or more and felony forgery of $2500 or more, as well as a misdemeanor of no driver’s license.

Savillon-Andara was booked into the Davidson County Jail with a total bond of $15,000.

Inmate records show that he is currently being held on an ICE detainer. This means he will remain in custody until he is released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

An immigration detainer hold means Savillon-Andara is most likely in this country illegally.
