Tennessee Illegal Aliens Arrested For Child Sex Crimes, Computer Offenses On Halloween Day

The Tennessee Conservative Staff –

Knox County saw the arrest of two illegal aliens on Halloween – one for child sex crimes and the other for computer offenses and credit card fraud.

24-year-old Alfredo Bartola Diego was arrested last Thursday and charged with statutory rape, especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor, and sexual exploitation of a minor. He was initially given a $100,000 bond.

39-year-old Xinliang Lin was arrested that same day for computer offense between $10,000 and $60,000 and fraudulent use of a debit or credit card in the same amount. His bond was initially set at $15,000.

Both individuals now show that they have an immigration detainer hold.

This likely indicates that they are in the country illegally and will be held for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
