49-year-old Elibani Padilla-Gomez – arrested November 4

  • Padilla-Gomez was charged with theft of merchandise (up to $1,000). He was booked on a $1,000 bond.

Inmate records show that these individuals all have immigrant detainers.

They will remain in custody until they are released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

An ICE hold most likely means they are in this country illegally.
