Law enforcement officials in Davidson and Knox Counties have arrested a number of illegal aliens on charges that include aggravated assault, theft, indecent exposure, and possession of illegal drugs.

Davidson County police arrested the following individuals:
29-year-old Gabriel Marmolejo Garcia – arrested November 3
- Garcia was charged with violation of a no contact order. He was booked on a $3,000 bond.

49-year-old Alfredo Rios – arrested November 4
- Rios was charged with indecent exposure and was booked on a $5,000 bond.

34-year-old Jesus Celaya Manzano – arrested November 5
- Manzano was charged with domestic assault and interference with an emergency call. He was booked on a $2,000 bond. He was previously charged in Davidson County with a DUI in 2022.

48-year-old Manuel Victor Velazquez-Gonzalez – arrested November 6
- Velazquez-Gonzalez was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He was booked on a $10,000 bond.

Knox County police arrested the following individuals:
34-year-old Rudy Elduvi Reyes – arrested November 3
- Reyes was charged with possession of schedule 1 drugs, driving without a license, failure to display registration plates, and failure to comply with the financial responsibility law. He was booked on a $12,500 bond.

49-year-old Elibani Padilla-Gomez – arrested November 4
- Padilla-Gomez was charged with theft of merchandise (up to $1,000). He was booked on a $1,000 bond.


Inmate records show that these individuals all have immigrant detainers.
They will remain in custody until they are released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
An ICE hold most likely means they are in this country illegally.
