Tennessee Illegal Aliens Arrested On Charges Including Child Abuse, Domestic Assault, DUI & More

Inmate rosters from two of the state’s largest metropolitan areas continue to fill up with illegal aliens charged with a variety of crimes.

25-year-old Jose Manuel Cortes-Osorio was arrested by the Davidson County Sheriff’s Department on June 16. He was charged with two counts of domestic assault with bodily injury and booked on a $5000 bond.

DCSO also arrested 41-year-old Victor Paez-Rodriguez on June 17. He was charged with possession with intent of a controlled substance – Fentanyl or derivative 150 gr or less. He was booked with a $75,000 bond on this felony charge.

In Knox County, jail rosters list the following recent arrests (just a small sampling of current illegal alien inmates):

• Adrian Santiago Ramirez (age 20) – Booked June 18 – DUI: First Offense

• Juan Rodriguez-Majia (age 31) – Booked June 19 – No charge listed

• Juan Antonio Rodriguez (age 38) – Booked June 2 – Domestic assault

• Jaime S. Rodriguez (age 37) – Booked Jan 7 – Aggravated Assault (domestic)/Child Abuse

• Erik Leopoldo Rodriguez-Saldana (age 35) – Booked June 19 – No charge listed

• Delso Rocha-Menjivar (age 26) – Booked June 19 – No charge listed

• Antonio Ruiz-Vazquez (age 60) – Booked June 19 – No charge listed

• Jose Sanchez-Lunas (age 21) – Booked June 19 – No charge listed

• Wilfredo Santos-Martinez (age 36) – Booked May 13 – Aggravated Child Abuse/Neglect/Endangerment

• Juan Sebastian Ruiz (age 24) – Booked April 24 – Aggravated Burglary and Theft

• Juan Rosas-Tehuintle (age 28) – Booked June 19 – No charge listed

• Donaldo Sanchez-Luna (age 23) – Booked June 19 – No charge listed

• Edgardo Zavala Solis (age 37) – Booked June 19 – No charge listed

• Alexi Zavala-Oliva (age 22) – Booked June 19 – No charge listed

All of these individuals are now listed as immigration detainees.

They will remain in custody until they are released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

An ICE detainer most likely means they are in this country illegally.
