Several illegal aliens have been arrested in Davidson and Knox Counties this week on charges including burglary, assault, and driving under the influence.

Davidson County:

30-year-old Gabriel C. Gregorio-Ramirez – arrested February 9

  • Gregorio-Ramirez was charged with driving under the influence (3rd offense) and driving on a revoked license. He was booked on an $11,000 bond. Criminal history reports show that he was charged with his 2nd offense on March 23, 2025. Information regarding his first offense of DUI was not given.

45-year-old Noe Hernandez-Cruz – arrested February 10

  • Hernandez-Cruz was charged with aggravated burglary and aggravated assault (strangulation). He was booked on a $16,000 bond. Arrest records show that these charges stem from a 2019 incident.

25-year-old Juan Pablo Trejo-Torres – arrested February 10

  • Trejo-Torres was charged with violation of probation and was booked with no bond. The probation violation comes from a November 2024 DUI.

19-year-old Ebram Abimalec – arrested February 11

  • Abimalec was charged with criminal trespassing, but records indicate that the charge was dropped on February 12.

Knox County police also arrested the following individuals:

47-year-old Felix Avila Cruz – arrested February 11

  • Cruz was charged with theft ($1000-$2500), forgery ($1000-$2500), and burglary (auto/boat/airplane/other motor vehicle). He was booked on a $24,000 bond.

36-year-old Lorys Delcarmen Contreras – arrested February 11

  • Contreras was charged with domestic assault and was booked on a $2500 bond.

Inmate records show that all of these individuals currently have immigrant detainers and will remain in custody until released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

An ICE hold most likely means they are in this country illegally.
