Tennessee Illegal Aliens Busted For Attempted Criminal Homicide, Reckless Endangerment, Aggravated Domestic Assault & More…

Illegal aliens, some accused of violent crimes, continue to be taken off of Tennessee streets by law enforcement in both Davidson and Knox Counties.

Davidson County police arrested the following individuals:

39-year-old Marvin Yobani Ramirez – arrested March 12

  • Ramirez was charged with employing a firearm during a dangerous felony, assault with reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon, and attempted criminal homicide. He was booked on a $300,000 total bond. The arrest comes several months after the incident that occurred on November 2, 2025, during which Ramirez allegedly shot a man in the leg at a Super 8 Motel on Murfreesboro Pike during an argument over an alleged affair. 

35-year-old Gorrochotegui Ricardor Baez – arrested March 13

  • Baez was charged with attempted criminal homicide. He was booked on an $80,000 bond.

24-year-old Enderson Jesus Rodriguez – arrested March 15

  • Rodriguez was charged with driving or moving an unregistered vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence, and driver’s license required. He was booked on a $4250 total bond. 

Knox County police arrested the following individuals:

34-year-old Arturo Gomez Cruz – arrested March 6

  • Cruz was charged with DUI (first offense). He was booked on a $3000 bond.

37-year-old Elmer Martinez – arrested March 8

  • Martinez was charged with DUI (first offense). He was booked on a $2500 bond.

27-year-old Edgar Urbano Caal Tzi – arrested March 14

  • Tzi was charged with domestic assault and harassment. He was booked on a $2000 bond.

36-year-old Erick De Leon Garcia – arrested March 14

  • Garcia was charged with driving without a license. He was booked on a $1000 bond.

24-year-old Denis Anthony Gomez Rivas – arrested March 15 

  • Rivas was charged with DUI (first offense). He was booked on a $3500 bond.

37-year-old Issa Diakite – arrested March 15

  • Diakite was charged with aggravated domestic assault. He was booked with no bond.

22-year-old Elmer Torres-Rosario – arrested March 16

  • Torres-Rosario was charged with DUI (first offense), reckless endangerment (vehicle), driving on roadways laned for traffic, and driving without a license. He was booked on a $4500 total bond.

Inmate records show that all of these individuals currently have immigrant detainers and will remain in custody until released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

An ICE hold most likely means they are in this country illegally.
