Illegal aliens were taken off of Tennessee streets in Davidson and Knox Counties on a variety of charges including contributing to the delinquency of a minor, DUI, leaving the scene of an accident, vandalism, and more.

The following illegal aliens were arrested in Davidson County:
34-year-old Byron Salazar-Rodriguez – arrested February 16
- Salazar-Rodriguez was charged with driving under the influence and driver’s license required. He was booked on a $3500 bond.

30-year-old Herby M. Ajsac – arrested February 16
- Ajsac was charged with indecent exposure, public intoxication, and trespassing. He was booked on a $3000 bond. Ajsac has multiple prior charges dating back several years, including several counts of DUI, assault, domestic assault, and leaving the scene of an accident.


29-year-old Erling A. Paredes Cornejo – arrested February 17
- Cornejo was charged with vehicle registration required, driver’s license required, and hold or use altered or false document or plate. He was booked on a $3500 bond.


31-year-old Jose Hernandez – arrested February 17
- Hernandez was charged with driving under the influence and driver’s license required. He was booked on a $3500 bond.

38-year-old Alexander Albino Espinoza Chow – arrested February 18
- Chow was charged with driving under the influence, driving or moving an unregistered vehicle, and driver’s license required. He was booked on a $4500 bond.


18-year-old Riberi Enri Contreras-Aguilar – arrested February 18
- Contreras-Aguilar was charged with three counts of failure to appear and was booked on a $33,000 total bond. These charges stem from a July 2025 incident in which he was charged with no driver’s license, criminal trespassing, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.


The following illegal aliens were arrested in Knox County:
36-year-old Rafael Quiahua Hernandez – arrested February 16
- Hernandez was charged with DUI (first offense), leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, and driving without a license.

26-year-old Jose Martinez – arrested February 16
- Martinez was charged with DUI (first offense) and driving without a license.

26-year-old Jason Fernando Lopez – arrested February 16
- Lopez was charged with driving without a license.

25-year-old Alexander Miguel – arrested February 16
- Miguel was charged with vandalism ($1000-$2500).

31-year-old Miguel Antonio Bertolome – arrested February 17
- Bertolome was charged with state vehicle registration/plate violation, financial responsibility law, and driver’s license law.

31-year-old Yessica Melania Morales Valle – arrested February 17
- Valle was charged with driving without a license and financial responsibility law. She was booked with no bond.


Inmate records show that all of these individuals currently have immigrant detainers and will remain in custody until released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
An ICE hold most likely means they are in this country illegally.
