Police in Davidson and Knox County continue to take violent and dangerous illegal aliens off of the streets.
Davidson County police arrested 27-year-old Miguel Ramiro Cac Sub on Sunday, November 23. He was charged with sexual battery and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He was booked on a $30,000 bond.
In Knox County, 36-year-old Pedro Alejandro Lucio Rodriguez was arrested on November 23 and charged with driving under the influence (first offense) and driving without a license. He was booked on a $2500 bond.
29-year-old Jairo Lopez was also arrested on November 23. Lopez was charged with domestic assault and vandalism (up to $1000). He was booked on a $2500 bond.
Inmate records show that these individuals have immigrant detainers.
They will remain in custody until they are released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
An ICE hold most likely means they are in this country illegally.
